Highland Park, established in 1798 by the legendary smuggler and beadle Magnus Eunson, is situated on the windswept Orkney Islands, where the harsh northern elements shape every drop. This 15-Year-Old single malt showcases the distillery's signature harmony of sweet peat and rich fruit. Unlike mainland peat, Orkney peat is composed almost entirely of decomposed heather, imparting a gentle, floral smokiness rather than medicinal iodine notes. The spirit is matured predominantly in hand-selected sherry-seasoned European and American oak casks, resulting in a deeply complex profile with notes of warm spices, sun-ripened citrus, and wild heather honey, wrapped in a whisper of aromatic peat smoke.

Founded in 1798 in Kirkwall on the remote archipelago of Orkney, Highland Park stands as one of Scotland's most historic and northernmost single malt distilleries. Owned by the Edrington Group, the distillery fiercely guards traditional whisky-making practices, still conducting its own hand-turned floor maltings and cutting dense, heather-rich peat from nearby Hobbister Moor. Maturation takes place predominantly in premium sherry-seasoned oak casks within Orkney's cool, windswept maritime climate.
