This 'Full Cask' No 5, matured in a traditional hogshead, showcases the distillery's legendary spirit in its most authentic form. Highland Park relies on hand-turned floor maltings and slow-burning peat cut from Hobbister Moor. Because Orkney is virtually treeless, this ancient peat is composed almost entirely of heather, imparting a uniquely sweet, floral, and aromatic smoke rather than the medicinal brine of Islay. Maturation in a hogshead cask coaxes out notes of wild heather honey, soft vanilla, and delicate coastal air, delivering a beautifully balanced, cask-strength expression of Orcadian craftsmanship.

Founded in 1798 in Kirkwall on the remote archipelago of Orkney, Highland Park stands as one of Scotland's most historic and northernmost single malt distilleries.
