Comprising Thor, Loki, Freya, and Odin, this extraordinary set of single malts reflects the fierce, elemental character of the northernmost Scotch whisky distillery. Each expression is shaped by Orkney's unique terroir, defined by heather-rich peat that has absorbed centuries of salty sea spray, and traditional floor maltings. Aged in hand-selected sherry oak casks, these whiskies offer a complex tapestry of aromatic peat smoke, sweet dried fruits, and warming spices, embodying the mythological gods they represent.

Highland Park blev grundlagt i 1798 i Kirkwall på det afsidesliggende Orkney-øhav og er et af Skotlands mest traditionsrige og nordligst beliggende single malt-destillerier. Destilleriet, som i dag er ejet af Edrington Group, værner kompromisløst om det klassiske whiskyhåndværk; her praktiserer man fortsat traditionel gulvmaltning med håndkraft og høster tæt, lyngmættet tørv fra den nærliggende Hobbister Moor. Modningen foregår primært på udsøgte sherrytilsmagte egetræsfade i Orkneys kølige, vindblæste kystklima.
