Bottled under the 'Whitlaw' name—a traditional pseudonym for Highland Park spirit—this expression captures the distillery's signature style. The Orkney peat, uniquely composed of decomposed heather rather than wood, imparts a gentle, aromatic peat smoke that defines the spirit. Aged in a single hogshead cask (No. 624), this whisky showcases a beautiful balance of heather honey, soft coastal brine, and delicate spice, reflecting centuries of distilling history dating back to the legendary smuggler Magnus Eunson in 1798.
