The Cuvée des Dames Hospitalières is one of the most historic and revered red cuvées of the Hospices de Beaune, named in tribute to the dedicated nuns who tended to the sick and destitute at the Hôtel-Dieu since its founding in the 15th century. This Premier Cru red is crafted from select Pinot Noir parcels across some of Beaune's finest climats, including Les Bressandes, Les Theurons, and Les Mignottes. When acquired and matured by the respected Burgundy négociant Pierre André, the wine benefits from traditional Burgundian élevage in French oak casks. It showcases the classic Beaune Premier Cru character: a harmonious balance of bright red berry fruit, earthy forest floor, and elegant, velvety tannins, underpinned by a rich historical legacy of charity and craftsmanship.

Over the centuries, generous donations of prestigious vineyard parcels have amassed an extraordinary 60-hectare estate, primarily consisting of Grand Cru and Premier Cru climats across the Côte de Beaune and Côte de Nuits.
