Instead, they bottled their finest estate fruit from the historic Grand Cru Schoenenbourg vineyard under the 'Jubilee' banner. Schoenenbourg's unique terroir—composed of fertile marl, dolomite, and gypsum-rich clay—imparts a profound mineral intensity, vibrant acidity, and a signature petrol complexity to this dry, 100% Riesling. Vinified in traditional large oak casks known as foudres, this wine is built for immense longevity.
