Crafted from a traditional mash bill of 80% corn, 12% barley, and 8% rye, and fermented using iron-free cave spring water, its defining characteristic is the double-mellowing process. Unlike standard Tennessee whiskeys that pass through sugar maple charcoal once, Gentleman Jack undergoes this 'Lincoln County Process' both before entering the charred white oak barrels and once again after aging.
