Crafted using the pristine, iron-free cave spring water from Cave Spring Hollow, this expression features a unique mash bill of 70% rye, 18% corn, and 12% malted barley. Unlike traditional ryes, it undergoes the signature Lincoln County Process, dripping slowly through ten feet of sugar maple charcoal before entering charred American white oak barrels. These specific barrels are drawn from the uppermost levels of the barrelhouses, where extreme temperature shifts intensify the interaction between wood and spirit, yielding a complex profile of toasted oak, rich vanilla, and vibrant baking spices.
