Released to commemorate the 125th anniversary of the opening of Mr. Jack Daniel's historic Red Dog Saloon in Lynchburg, Tennessee, in 1892, this special bottling celebrates the vibrant, musical, and social hub where locals gathered to enjoy fine Tennessee whiskey. Crafted using the classic grain bill of corn, rye, and malted barley, the spirit undergoes the legendary Lincoln County Process—dripping slowly through ten feet of sugar maple charcoal—before aging in handcrafted, charred American white oak barrels. This meticulous process imparts a smooth, sweet, and smoky character that honors the legacy of the historic saloon.
