While categorized under 'Other' as a premium Tennessee Whiskey rather than a traditional grape wine, this expression is crafted with meticulous attention to heritage and process. It is produced using a classic mash bill of corn, rye, and malted barley, fermented with a historic yeast strain. Crucially, the spirit undergoes the famous Lincoln County Process, filtering slowly through ten feet of sugar maple charcoal before maturing in handcrafted, charred new American oak barrels. This imparts a signature smoothness, rich caramel and vanilla notes, and a gentle toasted oak finish, celebrating over 150 years of distilling legacy.
