Beginning from humble parcels in Les Grandes Ruchottes purchased in 1934, the domaine expanded its historical holdings across iconic Jurassic limestone and clay marl terroirs in Chassagne-Montrachet and Puligny-Montrachet, famously acquiring a prized sliver of Grand Cru Le Montrachet in 1978. Now steered by third-generation vigneron Jean-Claude Ramonet alongside his family, the estate cultivates approximately 17 hectares under sustainable, lutte raisonnée practices with rigorous yield limitation and soil plowing.
