This expression, Jim Beam Honey, marries their classic Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey with natural honey. The base bourbon is crafted from a traditional mash bill of corn, rye, and malted barley, which is aged in freshly charred new American oak barrels. By infusing this rich, oaky, and spicy spirit with sweet honey, the distillers have created an exceptionally smooth, approachable liqueur. It offers a harmonious balance of warm vanilla, caramel, toasted oak, and sweet, floral honey notes, representing a modern, sweet twist on a legendary American distilling heritage.
