Crafted in Clermont, Kentucky, this expression is individually selected by master distillers from less than one percent of the distillery's aging barrels. Each bottle represents a singular snapshot of a unique charred new American white oak cask, highlighting the classic Beam mash bill of corn, rye, and malted barley. The limestone-filtered water of Kentucky and the dramatic seasonal temperature swings of the rackhouses force the whiskey deep into the wood, extracting rich notes of vanilla, toasted oak, and caramel, backed by a gentle rye spice.
