Jim Beam Straight Bourbon White Label is a cornerstone of American distilling history, crafted in Clermont, Kentucky. Originating in 1795 with Jacob Beam, this legendary spirit has been guided by seven generations of the Beam family. Although categorized here under 'Other' wine types, this is a classic Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey. It is distilled from a traditional mash bill dominated by corn, alongside rye and malted barley, and fermented using a proprietary yeast strain passed down since the end of Prohibition. Aged for four years in newly charred American white oak barrels, it benefits from Kentucky's natural limestone-filtered water, which is rich in calcium and free of iron. This aging process imparts its signature golden amber hue and a profile rich with notes of sweet vanilla, caramel, and toasted oak.
