Crafted in Clermont, Kentucky, this iconic Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey relies on a time-honored family recipe featuring a mash bill of corn, rye, and malted barley, fermented with a proprietary yeast strain kept alive since the end of Prohibition. It is distilled and then aged for at least four years in newly charred American white oak barrels, drawing rich vanilla, caramel, and toasted oak notes from the wood. The unique limestone-filtered water of Kentucky plays a crucial role, removing iron and adding calcium to create a smooth, distinctively sweet, and robust spirit that represents the quintessential American whiskey heritage.
