Crafted as an easy-drinking yet sophisticated white, it reflects Washington State's ability to preserve vibrant natural acidity while achieving beautiful fruit ripeness. The winemaking team focuses on maintaining freshness, often utilizing stainless steel fermentation alongside neutral oak aging to build a textured mouthfeel without overpowering the delicate fruit and floral aromas. JM Cellars blev grundlagt i 1998 af John og Peggy Bigelow og er et anerkendt, familiedrevet vinhus beliggende i de fredfyldte, skovklædte omgivelser ved Bramble Bump i Woodinville, Washington, suppleret af deres egne vinmarker på Margaret's Vineyard i Walla Walla Valley.
