JM Cellars' Cabernet Sauvignon is a masterful expression of Washington State's unique terroir, blending premium fruit from some of the region's most prestigious vineyards, including their estate Margaret's Vineyard in the Walla Walla Valley and top-tier sites across the Columbia Valley. Winemaker John Bigelow focuses on capturing the intense concentration, structured tannins, and vibrant acidity that define Washington Cabernet. The wine is traditionally aged in French oak barrels, imparting subtle spice and structural complexity. Historically, Washington's wine country owes its dramatic landscape to the prehistoric Missoula Floods, which left behind deep, well-draining gravel and sandy-loam soils. This rugged geological heritage forces the vines to struggle, resulting in small, flavor-packed berries that give this Cabernet its signature deep color, robust black fruit profile, and elegant, earthy undertones.

JM Cellars blev grundlagt i 1998 af John og Peggy Bigelow og er et anerkendt, familiedrevet vinhus beliggende i de fredfyldte, skovklædte omgivelser ved Bramble Bump i Woodinville, Washington, suppleret af deres egne vinmarker på Margaret's Vineyard i Walla Walla Valley.
