Each of the malts selected—hailing from the four corners of Scotland including Speyside, the Highlands, the Lowlands, and the Islands—is matured for at least 15 years in oak casks. Originally introduced in 1997 as 'Pure Malt', it was later renamed Green Label to reflect its vibrant, nature-inspired character. The blend is anchored by four signature single malts: Talisker for its intense coastal smoke and pepper, Linkwood for its garden-fresh floral notes, Cragganmore for its rich, sweet maltiness, and Caol Ila for its maritime peat and depth. This combination delivers a remarkably complex, balanced dram that showcases the diverse terroir of Scotland's whisky-producing regions.
