Sourced from premium vineyards across South Australia, this expression highlights the generous, fruit-forward profile that has made Australian Shiraz globally famous, balanced by the meticulous attention to detail and structural elegance characteristic of Kilikanoon's winemaking philosophy. The wine is aged in a selection of seasoned French and American oak barrels, which imparts subtle notes of spice, vanilla, and chocolate to complement the rich, dark berry core.

Kilikanoon blev grundlagt i 1997 af vinmageren Kevin Mitchell og ligger i den naturskønne Clare Valley i South Australia. Vingården henter sine druer fra historiske, lavtydende gamle vinstokke fordelt over en række forskellige mikroklimaer og jordbundstyper, og huset er dedikeret til at skabe vine med enestående kraft, præcision og regional autenticitet. Kilikanoon har opnået stor international anerkendelse for sine dybt koncentrerede, strukturerede rødvine – heriblandt især flagskibene Oracle Shiraz og Prodigal Grenache – side om side med krystalklare, gemmeværdige Clare Valley Riesling-vine.
