These early settlers laid the foundations for the region's rich agricultural and viticultural heritage. Crafted from premium vineyards in the Clare Valley, this wine embodies the region's distinctive terroir, characterized by warm days and cool nights that preserve natural acidity. The wine is traditionally vinified and matured in a selection of French and American oak barrels, creating a harmonious balance between intense dark fruit flavors, savory spices, and structured tannins.
