Sourced from premium vineyards across South Australia, this wine captures the generous, sun-drenched spirit of the region. It undergoes traditional fermentation before aging in a combination of French and American oak hogsheads, which tempers the bold, ripe dark fruit flavors with subtle spice and structured tannins. The result is a classic, approachable Australian Shiraz that punches well above its weight class, embodying the rugged, industrious heritage of South Australian viticulture.

Kilikanoon blev grundlagt i 1997 af vinmageren Kevin Mitchell og ligger i den naturskønne Clare Valley i South Australia. Vingården henter sine druer fra historiske, lavtydende gamle vinstokke fordelt over en række forskellige mikroklimaer og jordbundstyper, og huset er dedikeret til at skabe vine med enestående kraft, præcision og regional autenticitet. Kilikanoon har opnået stor international anerkendelse for sine dybt koncentrerede, strukturerede rødvine – heriblandt især flagskibene Oracle Shiraz og Prodigal Grenache – side om side med krystalklare, gemmeværdige Clare Valley Riesling-vine.
