Named in honor of the Spanish diplomat Count Silverio de Baguer, who revolutionized the winemaking standards at Dobrovo Castle in the late 19th century, this flagship white blend represents the pinnacle of Klet Brda's craft. The grapes are sourced from selected terraced vineyards in the Goriška Brda region, where the vines dig deep into the mineral-rich 'opoka' soil (marl and sandstone). Benefiting from a unique microclimate where warm Mediterranean air meets cool Alpine breezes, the grapes develop intense aromatic complexity. The wine is fermented and matured in French oak barriques, resulting in a sophisticated, full-bodied blend that beautifully marries the creamy texture and ripe stone-fruit character of Chardonnay with the vibrant acidity and elegant botanical notes of Sauvignon Blanc.
