✨ wine.spec_sheet

In the sun-drenched, terraced hills of Goriška Brda, where the cool alpine breezes of the Julian Alps meet the warm currents of the Adriatic Sea, the Pinot Grigio grape—locally known as Sivi Pinot—finds an ideal home. The Quercus range, named after the majestic oak trees that historically defined the local landscape, is crafted to showcase the pure, vibrant fruit character of the region. Grown on steep, mineral-rich 'opoka' soils consisting of layered marl and sandstone, the grapes are hand-harvested by the cooperative's dedicated families. This wine is fermented entirely in stainless steel tanks under strict temperature control to preserve its delicate pear, grapefruit, and acacia flower aromas, resulting in a fresh, structured, and elegantly mineral white wine that beautifully reflects the unique cross-border terroir of Slovenia's Primorska region.
