This wine is fermented entirely in stainless steel tanks under strict temperature control to preserve its delicate pear, grapefruit, and acacia flower aromas, resulting in a fresh, structured, and elegantly mineral white wine that beautifully reflects the unique cross-border terroir of Slovenia's Primorska region.
