The Reichestal site, characterized by its warm microclimate near the Main river and deep loess-clay soils with gravel, provides the perfect terroir for cultivating deeply structured, elegant Pinot Noir. Re-established in 1965 by Franz Künstler in Hochheim am Main, Weingut Künstler carries forward a family winemaking heritage dating back to 1648 in Moravia.
