Hailing from the historic 'Kirchenstück' (church parcel) vineyard in Hochheim, this dry Kabinett Riesling showcases the exceptional terroir of a site historically favored by the church for its superior microclimate. The vineyard's soils—rich in clay, loess, and calcium-dense river gravels—absorb the sun's warmth and provide excellent drainage, resulting in a wine of remarkable mineral tension and bright, ripe citrus and stone fruit aromas. Weingut Künstler vinifies this Riesling with minimal intervention, utilizing cool fermentation in stainless steel and traditional large oak casks to preserve the pristine, energetic character of the fruit and the intense, stony minerality of the site.

Weingut Künstler was established in Hochheim am Main in 1965 by Franz Künstler, reviving a long-standing family winemaking tradition that originated in South Moravia before World War II.
