Founded in 1760, Maison Lanson is one of the oldest Champagne houses, renowned for its historical style. To celebrate its 250th anniversary, the house introduced the 'Extra Age' concept, blending three exceptional vintages to achieve ultimate complexity. The Extra Age Brut Blanc de Blancs is crafted entirely from 100% Chardonnay sourced from prestigious Grand Cru and Premier Cru vineyards in the Côte des Blancs, including Avize, Cramant, and Oger. In keeping with Lanson's traditional winemaking philosophy, this cuvée does not undergo malolactic fermentation, preserving the grape's natural acidity, purity, and exceptional freshness. The wine is aged on its lees for a minimum of five years in the historic cellars, resulting in a complex profile of white flowers, pear, toasted brioche, and mineral-driven depth.
