Champagne Lanson, founded in 1760 by François Delamotte, is one of the oldest houses in Reims. Famous for its historic decision to avoid malolactic fermentation, Lanson preserves the natural, vibrant acidity of the grapes, which serves as the perfect structural backbone for the Ivory Label Demi-Sec. This historic cuvée is a traditional blend of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Pinot Meunier, enriched with a significant proportion of reserve wines. While dry Champagnes dominate the modern market, the Ivory Label pays homage to the 19th-century preference for sweeter styles. The generous dosage is masterfully offset by Lanson's signature mouthwatering freshness, resulting in a rich, honeyed palate of ripe stone fruits, brioche, and candied citrus.

Champagne Lanson blev grundlagt i 1760 af François Delamotte og fik sit nuværende navn i 1837 under Jean-Baptiste Lansons ledelse. Huset hører til blandt de ældste og mest prestigefyldte i Reims. Lanson er kendt for sin kompromisløse vinfremstilling, hvor man traditionelt fravælger malolaktisk gæring.
