This peat, hand-cut from the Glenmachrie peat moss, contains a high proportion of sphagnum moss and heather, imparting the famous medicinal, iodine, and seaweed notes. Combined with the soft water of the Kilbride Stream and years of maturation in warehouses lashed by Atlantic gales, this dram delivers an intense sensory journey of sweet vanilla, sea salt, and deep, earthy smoke.
