Hailing from the sun-drenched, high-altitude valleys of San Juan, Argentina, the Alma Mora Select Reserve Blend by Finca Las Moras is a tribute to the wild blackberry bushes ('moras') that thrive near the vineyards. This wine captures the intense solar radiation and dramatic diurnal temperature shifts of the Tulum and Zonda Valleys. Crafted as a harmonious red blend, it typically marries the plush, dark-fruit characteristics of Malbec with the structural depth of Cabernet Sauvignon and a touch of spicy Syrah. The wine undergoes careful oak aging, which imparts subtle notes of vanilla, chocolate, and toasted wood, smoothing out the tannins while preserving the vibrant, ripe fruit core that defines San Juan's unique desert terroir.

Finca Las Moras blev grundlagt i 1990'erne i San Juan i Argentina og har været en afgørende pioner i forvandlingen af regionens vinlandskab på tværs af Tulum-, Zonda- og Pedernal-dalene.
