Hailing from the sun-drenched, high-altitude vineyards of San Juan, Argentina, Alma Mora Syrah captures the vibrant essence of its terroir. The name 'Alma Mora' translates to 'blackberry soul,' a poetic nod to both the dark, juicy fruit profile of the Syrah grape and the wild mulberry trees ('moras') that dot the local landscape. Grown in the arid Tulum Valley, where intense solar radiation is tempered by cool mountain nights, the grapes develop thick skins rich in color and flavor. This wine is crafted to highlight the approachable, fruit-forward side of Syrah, showcasing ripe black fruit aromas, sweet spices, and a touch of black pepper, subtly enhanced by brief aging in oak to impart soft tannins and a smooth finish.

Finca Las Moras blev grundlagt i 1990'erne i San Juan i Argentina og har været en afgørende pioner i forvandlingen af regionens vinlandskab på tværs af Tulum-, Zonda- og Pedernal-dalene.
