Finca Las Moras Black Label Cabernet Cabernet is a sophisticated Argentine red that celebrates the union of two noble varieties: Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc. Grown in the high-altitude, desert-like terroir of the Pedernal Valley in San Juan, situated at approximately 1,350 meters above sea level, the vines are exposed to intense sunlight and dramatic day-night temperature swings. This unique climate yields grapes with thick skins, concentrated flavors, and excellent natural acidity. The wine is traditionally aged in French and American oak barrels, which imparts elegant structure, round tannins, and complex layers of blackcurrant, graphite, sweet spices, and a touch of eucalyptus. It stands as a testament to San Juan's capability to produce premium, structured reds beyond the traditional Malbec.

Established in the 1990s in San Juan, Argentina, Finca Las Moras emerged as an essential pioneer in reshaping the region's viticultural landscape across the Tulum, Zonda, and Pedernal Valleys. Now part of the Grupo Peñaflor family, the winery takes its name from the native blackberry trees that frame its high-altitude vineyards tucked against the Andes Mountains.
