✨ Technical Specifications
Finca Las Moras broke the mold of traditional Argentine winemaking with their Dadá series, designed to challenge conventional wine rules and appeal to a playful, sensory-driven audience. Named after the Dadaism art movement of the early 20th century—which championed irreverence, spontaneity, and the rejection of traditional aesthetics—Dadá 7 Sweet Pink Cassis is a light, sweet, and gently sparkling frizzante rosé. Crafted in the sun-drenched, high-altitude Tulum Valley of San Juan, this wine undergoes a short fermentation to retain its natural residual sugars and bright, fresh fruit character. It is defined by its expressive aromas of ripe red fruits and a delicate infusion of cassis (blackcurrant), resulting in an unconventional, highly aromatic, and intensely refreshing pour that celebrates artistic freedom.
🍾 About the Producer
Established in the 1990s in San Juan, Argentina, Finca Las Moras emerged as an essential pioneer in reshaping the region's viticultural landscape across the Tulum, Zonda, and Pedernal Valleys. Now part of the Grupo Peñaflor family, the winery takes its name from the native blackberry trees that frame its high-altitude vineyards tucked against the Andes Mountains. Finca Las Moras is celebrated for its innovative and sustainable approach to winemaking, focusing heavily on unlocking the regional potential of Syrah alongside classic Argentine staples like Malbec, Cabernet Sauvignon, and aromatic whites such as Viognier and Sauvignon Blanc. From the accessible and fruit-driven Intis line to complex, terroir-focused reserves, their wines showcase the intense sunshine, mineral-rich soils, and vibrant fruit purity characteristic of San Juan.
