Finca Las Moras Gran Syrah is a benchmark expression of San Juan's viticultural prowess, specifically celebrating the Syrah grape which thrives in this high-altitude desert. This flagship bottling is a masterclass in blending terroirs, sourcing fruit from three distinct valleys of San Juan: the Tulum Valley, which lends lush, ripe fruit and soft tannins; the Zonda Valley, contributing robust structure and exotic spice; and the high-altitude Pedernal Valley, which infuses the wine with deep color, vibrant acidity, and refined elegance. Aged for approximately 15 to 18 months in a combination of new French and American oak barrels, this wine represents a harmonious dialogue between the intense Andean sun and the cooling mountain nights, resulting in a complex, full-bodied red with remarkable depth.
