✨ wine.spec_sheet

Launched in 1968 by the visionary Bernard de Nonancourt, Laurent-Perrier Cuvée Rosé Brut is a benchmark in the world of rosé Champagne. Housed in an iconic, elegant bottle inspired by the hand-blown flasks of the Henri IV era, this cuvée defied traditional blending methods of the time. It is crafted using the saignée (maceration) method, where 100% Pinot Noir grapes, primarily sourced from prestigious Grand Cru villages in the Montagne de Reims, undergo a careful cold maceration of 48 to 72 hours. This precise technique extracts the glorious salmon-pink hue and intense, natural red berry aromas—such as freshly picked strawberries, red currants, raspberries, and wild cherries—that define its legendary, fruit-forward style.
