Lindemans Botrytis Riesling is a luscious testament to the magic of 'noble rot' (Botrytis cinerea) in South Australia's premium cool-climate pockets. When autumn mists blanket the vineyards, this beneficial fungus pierces the grape skins, dehydrating the berries and concentrating their natural sugars, acids, and flavors. Lindemans, with its deep pioneering roots dating back to 1843, masterfully harnesses this natural phenomenon to produce a dessert wine of incredible depth. The wine undergoes a slow, cool fermentation to preserve the intense aromatic profile of apricot, candied citrus peel, and wild honey, balanced beautifully by Riesling's signature vibrant acidity that prevents the wine from feeling cloying.

Lindeman's blev grundlagt i 1843 af den engelske flådelæge Dr. Henry Lindeman på hans Cawarra-ejendom i Hunter Valley, New South Wales, og har siden udviklet sig til et af Australiens mest traditionsrige og globalt anerkendte vinhuse.
