Sourced from low-yielding, dry-grown Shiraz vines planted in the volcanic clay soils of the Hunter Valley, this wine was crafted using traditional open-vat fermentation and matured in large, older oak casks to preserve its bright fruit character and regional identity. Over time, these wines develop a celebrated complexity, transforming from vibrant red-fruit profiles into savory masterpieces defined by notes of leather, forest floor, game, and soft spices. Lindemans blev grundlagt i 1843 af den britiske flådelæge Dr. Henry John Lindeman ved Cawarra ved Paterson River i Hunter Valley og hører til blandt Australiens ældste og mest indflydelsesrige vinhuse.
