✨ Technical Specifications

This historic cuve is part of the legendary Hospices de Beaune charity auction, meticulously raised and bottled by the esteemed Maison Louis Jadot. Named in honor of Hugues Btault—who famously rescued the Htel-Dieu from ruin during the military crises of the 17th century—and his brother Louis, this Premier Cru red Burgundy is crafted from select parcels within the Beaune appellation, notably including Les Bressandes and Les Grves. The wine showcases the classic Beaune terroir, offering a harmonious balance of rich red berry fruit, earthy forest floor, and structured, elegant tannins developed through traditional fermentation and aging in French oak barrels.
