The Cuvée Raymond Cyrot is a prestigious Beaune Premier Cru red Burgundy with a rich historical lineage, sourced from the historic vineyards of the Hospices de Beaune. Named in honor of Raymond Cyrot, a prominent benefactor who bequeathed valuable parcels of vines to the charity hospital in the mid-20th century, this wine is a blend of select Premier Cru climats in Beaune. Purchased as an unfinished wine at the famous annual Hospices auction, it is masterfully raised and matured in oak barrels by Maison Louis Jadot in their ancient Beaune cellars. The resulting wine beautifully expresses the classic clay-limestone terroir of Beaune, delivering a harmonious balance of bright red berry fruit, subtle spice, and elegant, velvety tannins.
