This ultra-prestige cuvée is crafted from a rigorous selection of Grand Cru vineyards, typically blending around 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay. The grapes originate from the finest chalk soils of the Montagne de Reims, Vallée de la Marne, and Côte des Blancs. What defines the Millenium style is its monumental aging potential and often extended lees contact, which imbues the wine with a multi-layered complexity. It balances the trademark crystalline purity, intense chalky minerality, and vibrant acidity of classic Cristal with opulent notes of candied citrus, toasted brioche, white truffles, and honeyed hazelnuts, representing a historic monument in sparkling wine history.
