Crafted from a meticulous blend of Grand Cru Pinot Noir (typically from the old vines of Aÿ) and Chardonnay, it utilizes the house's signature 'infusion' technique, where Pinot Noir skins macerate gently in Chardonnay juice. The wine is then subjected to decades of silent maturation: first resting on its lees, then spending further years post-disgorgement in the deepest chalk cellars of Reims.
