Sourced from select vineyards in the cool-climate regions of the Uco Valley, particularly Tupungato, the grapes benefit from intense alpine sunlight and dramatic diurnal temperature shifts, which preserve the vibrant natural acidity essential for this style. Crafted using the traditional Champenoise method, the wine undergoes its secondary fermentation in the bottle and is aged on its fine lees for up to two years. As a 'Brut Nature', it receives no added dosage before corking, allowing the pure, unadorned character of the terroir, the crisp mineral backbone, and the delicate autolytic notes of toasted brioche and dried fruits to shine through with absolute clarity. Bodega Luigi Bosca blev grundlagt i 1901 af Don Leoncio Arizu og står i dag som et referencepunkt for argentinsk vinkunst i Luján de Cuyo, Mendoza. Drevet af mere end et århundredes familietradition og pionerånd spillede vinhuset en afgørende rolle i etableringen af Argentinas første kontrollerede oprindelsesbetegnelse (DOC Luján de Cuyo) i 1989.
