Sourced from select cool-climate vineyards in Luján de Cuyo and the Uco Valley, the grapes benefit from intense Andean solar radiation and cool night temperatures, preserving vital acidity and developing delicate aromatic complexity. The wine undergoes its secondary fermentation in the bottle and is aged on its fine lees, which imparts a creamy texture, fine persistent bubbles, and complex autolytic notes of toasted brioche and dried fruits, beautifully balanced by fresh citrus and white peach aromas. Established in 1901 by Don Leoncio Arizu, Bodega Luigi Bosca stands as a cornerstone of modern Argentine viticulture. Steered across four generations by the Arizu family alongside head winemaker Pablo Cúneo, the estate was instrumental in defining Argentina's fine-wine identity and establishing the landmark Luján de Cuyo DOC in 1989. While universally celebrated for red expressions, the bodega boasts a venerable reputation for white and sparkling vinification, drawing fruit from prized high-altitude holdings across Luján de Cuyo and the Uco Valley.
