✨ Technical Specifications
Hailing from the historic Finca Los Nobles vineyard in Las Compuertas, Luján de Cuyo, this exceptional red is crafted from some of Mendoza's oldest vines, planted at the turn of the 20th century in 1901. This wine is a traditional field blend where Malbec and Petit Verdot are grown, harvested, and co-fermented together, a practice that preserves the authentic, historic synergy of the parcel. The high-altitude terroir, situated at over 1,000 meters above sea level, features sandy-loam soils irrigated by the pure snowmelt of the Andes. This unique setting, combined with meticulous aging in French oak barrels, yields a wine of profound complexity, characterized by intense dark fruit, violet aromas, structured tannins, and a refined, mineral-driven finish that pays homage to the pioneering spirit of the Arizu family.
