The name 'Testimonio' (Testimony) serves as a tribute to the Arizu family's multi-generational legacy and their enduring commitment to pioneering premium winemaking in Argentina since 1901. This red blend typically combines the structure of Cabernet Sauvignon, the lush fruit and spice of Syrah, and the robust depth of Tannat. The grapes are sourced from select family-owned vineyards in Luján de Cuyo and the Uco Valley, where intense solar radiation and cool mountain nights preserve natural acidity while developing deep phenolic ripeness. Gently aged in oak barrels, the wine develops a harmonious profile of dark forest fruits, black pepper, and subtle sweet spice, representing a liquid testimony to the history and potential of Mendoza's soils.

Bodega Luigi Bosca blev grundlagt i 1901 af Don Leoncio Arizu og står i dag som et referencepunkt for argentinsk vinkunst i Luján de Cuyo, Mendoza.
