The M. Chapoutier Assortment Case represents a curated journey through the crown jewels of the Rhône Valley, crafted by one of the region's most historic and revolutionary estates. Established in 1808 in Tain-l'Hermitage, the house underwent a biodynamic renaissance under Michel Chapoutier in the late 1980s. This assortment typically features Chapoutier's highly coveted 'Sélections Parcellaires'—single-vineyard red masterpieces from legendary appellations like Hermitage, Côte-Rôtie, and Châteauneuf-du-Pape. These wines are pure, uncompromising expressions of individual terroirs, ranging from the steep, granite slopes of the Northern Rhône to the pebble-strewn clay of the South. A hallmark of Chapoutier's commitment to history and accessibility is the inclusion of Braille on every label, a tribute to Maurice de La Sizeranne, who created the first abbreviated Braille pocket guide. Each bottle in this collection showcases meticulous craftsmanship, utilizing native yeasts, minimal intervention, and precise oak aging to reveal the profound depth, structure, and mineral complexity of Syrah and Grenache.

M. Chapoutier blev grundlagt i 1808 i Tain-l'Hermitage i Rhônedalen og har siden udviklet sig til et af Frankrigs mest berømte vinhuse. Husets internationale stjernestatus tog for alvor fart, da Michel Chapoutier overtog roret i 1990 med sin kompromisløse vision.
