Haut Chamblard represents the modern, environmentally conscious spirit of the historic M. Chapoutier house, a pioneer in biodynamic viticulture in the Rhône Valley. Crafted under the rigorous standards of organic farming, this white wine showcases the classic harmony of Rhône varieties, typically featuring Grenache Blanc, Roussanne, and Viognier. The grapes are sourced from vineyards where clay-limestone soils impart both rich texture and a vibrant, mineral-driven freshness. True to the Chapoutier legacy—which famously includes printing all labels in Braille since 1996 as a tribute to the blind pioneer Maurice de La Sizeranne—this wine is made with minimal intervention. Fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats to preserve the pure, expressive fruit aromas of white peach, citrus, and delicate floral notes, it offers a genuine, accessible taste of the Rhône's diverse terroir.

M. Chapoutier blev grundlagt i 1808 i Tain-l'Hermitage i Rhônedalen og har siden udviklet sig til et af Frankrigs mest berømte vinhuse. Husets internationale stjernestatus tog for alvor fart, da Michel Chapoutier overtog roret i 1990 med sin kompromisløse vision. Som pioner inden for biodynamisk vindyrkning og minimal intervention i vinkælderen er ejendommen særligt hyldet for sine enkeltmarks-aftapninger, 'sélections parcellaires', der formidler de fineste terroiregenskaber på tværs af Rhône og andre vinregioner. Chapoutier, der siden 1996 ikonisk har haft punktskrift (blindeskrift) på alle etiketter, skaber referencepunkter for druer som Syrah, Marsanne og Grenache i prestigiøse appellationer som Hermitage, Côte-Rôtie og Châteauneuf-du-Pape.
