M. Chapoutier has long been a trailblazer in the Rhône Valley, with Michel Chapoutier championing biodynamic and organic viticulture since the late 1980s. This deep commitment to the health of the soil is beautifully expressed in 'La Collection Bio Rouge,' an organic red wine that captures the vibrant, sun-drenched spirit of the Southern Rhône. Typically crafted from a classic blend of Grenache and Syrah grown on stony clay-limestone soils, this wine is fermented and aged primarily in concrete or stainless steel vats to preserve its pure, unadorned fruit character. The Chapoutier family, whose winemaking heritage in Tain-l'Hermitage dates back to 1808, believes in minimal intervention, allowing the natural terroir of the Rhône—marked by notes of ripe red berries, wild garrigue herbs, and a touch of black pepper—to shine through honestly in every glass.

M. Chapoutier blev grundlagt i 1808 i Tain-l'Hermitage i Rhônedalen og har siden udviklet sig til et af Frankrigs mest berømte vinhuse.
