Marchand-Tawse's Bourgogne Blanc is a beautifully crafted expression of classic Burgundian Chardonnay, showcasing the elegance and tension that define the region's white wines. Sourced from meticulously selected parcels across the Côte de Beaune and Côte de Nuits, this wine benefits from the estate's commitment to organic and biodynamic viticultural practices. Historically, the monks of Burgundy spent centuries identifying the finest soils for Chardonnay, and this regional bottling honors that legacy by blending fruit from diverse terroirs to achieve a harmonious balance. Vinified using indigenous yeasts and aged in French oak barrels with minimal new wood, it reveals vibrant aromas of green apple, fresh citrus, and white blossoms, underpinned by a signature flinty minerality and a textured, gently creamy finish derived from fine lees aging.

Marchand-Tawse blev grundlagt i 2010 som et partnerskab mellem den anerkendte fransk-canadiske vinmager Pascal Marchand og den canadiske iværksætter Moray Tawse. Huset, der fungerer som både boutique-domaine og négociant, har base i Nuits-Saint-Georges i hjertet af Bourgogne.
