Mark Haisma's Syrah Grenache is a brilliant testament to his versatility, bridging his Burgundian winemaking precision with the sun-drenched fruit of the southern Rhone Valley. Sourced from carefully selected growers, this cuvee combines the peppery structure of Syrah with the plush, warm red-fruit character of Grenache. Haisma applies his signature low-intervention, hands-off approach here, utilizing wild yeasts and gentle extraction to preserve the vibrant primary fruit and natural acidity. The result is a wine that avoids the heavy, over-extracted style often found in the south, offering instead a bright, energetic, and highly drinkable red that reflects both New World vibrancy and Old World soul. It represents a playful, accessible entry point into his highly acclaimed portfolio.

Dette boutique-domæne og mikronégociant-hus har hjemme i Gevrey-Chambertin i hjertet af Bourgogne og blev grundlagt af den australskfødte vinmager Mark Haisma, der oprindeligt var protegé for Bailey Carrodus på Yarra Yering.
