The Three Sisters Vineyard is situated on the rugged, wind-swept ridges of the Fort Ross-Seaview AVA, high above the Pacific Ocean on the extreme Sonoma Coast. Planted by Lee Martinelli Jr. and named in honor of his three daughters, this unique vineyard sits above the fog line, basking in intense mountain sunlight while being cooled by marine breezes. The Sea Ridge Meadow block of this vineyard yields a Pinot Noir of exceptional depth and complexity. True to the Martinelli family's minimalist philosophy, the wine is fermented with wild yeasts and bottled unfined and unfiltered, capturing the raw, wild character of the coast with notes of dark berries, forest floor, and a distinct coastal minerality.

Founded in the late 1880s by Italian immigrants Giuseppe Martinelli and Luisa Vellutini, Martinelli Winery is a celebrated multi-generational estate nestled in California's Russian River Valley and Sonoma Coast. For over a century, the family has farmed historically significant, steep hillside sites, most famously the iconic Jackass Hill and Jackass Vineyard planted in 1887. Guided by an uncompromising dedication to estate viticulture and low-intervention winemaking, the winery captures the distinct microclimates and soils of Sonoma County. Martinelli is globally acclaimed for its powerful, old-vine Zinfandels, expressive single-vineyard Pinot Noirs, structured Syrahs, and richly textured Chardonnays.
